Embark on a poignant journey through history with our Pearl Harbor Day Trip from Kauai, a comprehensive excursion into the history of one of the most significant events of the 20th century. Your day begins with convenient transportation from Kauai to Honolulu, where you’ll board a flight to Oahu, home to Pearl Harbor.
Upon arrival, you will board an air-conditioned coach along with a guide and head to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, where you’ll delve into the events of December 7, 1941, when the United States entered World War II following the surprise attack by Japanese forces. Afterward, you can visit other iconic sites within Pearl Harbor, including The Arizona Memorial Visitor Center and Arizona Memorial, and Tour the USS Missour5 (admission and guided tour included). You’ll also have time to explore the USS Missouri Battleship, famously known as the site of Japan’s surrender, marking the end of World War II.

USS Arizona Memorial located directly above the USS Arizona battleship that was sunk during the attack on December 7, 1941. The ship is the final resting place of many of the 1,177 officers and crewmen who were lost and a powerful reminder of those who gave their lives for their country. - USS Missouri Battleship, where you’ll walk in the footprints of General Douglas MacArthur, Admiral Chester Nimitz, and officers of the Allied Powers in 1945 when the instruments of surrender were signed on the ship, signaling the end of WWII. “Mighty Mo” fought in WWII, the Korean War, and Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf, supporting the cause of freedom.
- USS Bowfin Submarine, also known as the “Pearl Harbor Avenger”, played an epic role in the battles of the Pacific. You’ll walk through the remarkable vessel docked in the harbor.
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, located in two WWI hangars and retaining bullet holes from the December 7, 1941 attack, spans 105,000 square feet. An impressive array of wartime aircraft is displayed, including an authentic Japanese Zero, the type used in the attack.
Pearl Harbor Visitor Center: Here, you can view actual film footage of the attack, view historic displays, and gain firsthand insight into WWII in the Pacific and beyond. Several galleries display artifacts, photos, and dramatic evidence of the surprise attack.

Restrictions: Tour Restriction(s) Effective immediately, due to recent “heightened security” at Hawaii military bases, the Navy will conduct mandatory ID checks for passengers on board commercial vehicles going over the Ford Island Bridge. ID are required for Adults (18 years and above). Children (under 18 years) do not need an ID. US citizens must have a government-issued photo ID, while International visitors should have a valid passport. Adult customers who do not have the proper ID will not be allowed to cross over to Ford Island. Cancellation Policy: NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND on all ONE-DAY FLYAWAY tours.
