Kauai Luau Kalamaku is a Luau extravaganza you donât want to miss while vacationing on Kauai. Graceful Hula dancers, Fire Dancers, Poi Ball twirlers, traditional Knife Dancing, lavish buffet of delicacies and vivid storytellers come together for this âonce-in-a-lifetime authentic experience. The Kauai Luau Kalamaku offers a up beat modern theatrical experience with traditional flair. This is one Kauai luau show that you would be happy to experience more than once. Held on the grounds of the Kilohana Plantation Estate the surrounding gardens, train tour and shops offer an added bonus to this evening entertainment for the family. Kalamaku, means âflaming torchâ in Hawaiian. It signifies the passing of the torch from one generation to the next, as they journeyed from Tahiti to the Hawaiian Island of Kauai.
