Kauai Plantation Owners Evening and Luau Extravaganza Graceful Hula dancers, Fire Dancers, Poi Ball twirlers, traditional Knife Dancing, enjoy the entertainment of the Kalamaku dancers and vivid storytellers that come together for this “once-in-a-lifetime authentic experience. The Plantation Dinner Experience begins with a private dinner whether it’s an intimate party of two or a celebration for up to 20, enjoy a specialized dinner at Gaylord’s Restaurant at Kilohana. You will delight in a unique menu featuring meats, fish and produce, including fruits and vegetables from Kilohana Plantation’s 60-acre orchard and agricultural park. After dinner you will enjoy the Luau entertainment from your premier seats.

Kalamaku, means “flaming torch” in Hawaiian. It signifies the passing of the torch from one generation to the next, as they journeyed from Tahiti to the Hawaiian Island of Kauai.

5:25-6:45 pm Enjoy Gaylord’s, Signature Menu

6:45 – 7:05 Visit the Galleries and Boutiques in the Home

7:05  Meet in the Foyer for a torchlit walk to the Luau Pavilion & your reserved table

7:30 pm – 8:15 pm Experience Luau Kalamaku, a theatrical luau show you will never forget!

8:15pm Capture that special photo you and your family with one of the captivating performers
