Restrictions: Terms and Conditions for DOORS OFF (MUST READ) Cameras and Cell Phones Allowed Children must be at least ten years old. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Only 16 years and older can be on the outside edge seat. No hats, bags, or any loose items are allowed.
Must wear closed-toed shoes or sandals that strap around the ankle—no slip-on sandals or flip-flops. Doors off is VERY windy in the cabin. Long hair should be tied up tight in a bun or braid.
Air Kauai will provide each passenger with a windbreaker jacket.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more, a seven-day notice is required.
Flight routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions. Check-in 45 minutes prior to all flights is required. Comfort seat charge for passengers weighing 240lbs or more or a combined weight of 420lbs. FAA regulations require all passengers to be weighed at time of check-in.
