Koloa Landing Kauai
Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu – Autograph Collection, is nestled in the heart of Poipu on Kauai’s sun drenched South Shore. The resort boasts 306 of the island’s largest accommodations, ranging from their ~500 square foot deluxe studios (nearly twice the size of a standard hotel room on Kauai) to their 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom villas that range in size from 800 square feet all the way up to 3,600 square feet.
Guests at Koloa Landing Resort experience luxurious amenities including a 4,000 sq ft day spa with 5 private treatment rooms and the island’s only all-copper Ofuro Japanese soaking tub, three gorgeous resort pools – a 350,000 gallon main pool complete with waterslides, swim-through grotto, & poolside cabanas, a 6,100 sq ft family lagoon pool and 2,000 sq ft adults only tranquility pool -all three with poolside BBQs, Jacuzzis, fire pits, and full food & beverage service – and much more.
The property also boasts a gourmet marketplace and poolside bar & grill, dubbed the Holoholo Grill – a collaboration with James Beard award-winning chef, Sam Choy. The grill serves gastro-inspired Hawaiian comfort food.
For guests seeking adventure, the resort has an on-site personal concierge team that can help you book the experience of a lifetime while on Kauai. The on-site Enterprise rental desk can provide exclusive rates on a breezy convertible or off-road capable Jeep, whichever best suits your needs.

Very nice

Our experience was good in almost every way. The south beach of the island generally wasn't as developed as I thought it might be, but that's actually quite good - you really feel like you're getting away from it all. Everything is costly, as you've probably heard for Hawai'i.

Koloa Landing itself is very nice. Big condos and nice staff, as you might expect. Internet access is excellent in the lobby but poor elsewhere (such was my experience, and others I talked to). Pools were very good. Chickens, of course, but not bad (and we were on the first floor of building 3). Gym was good.

AMAZING! Will stay here again and again!

Take in all the descriptions about this resort on their web page then multiple it x 10! This place has the most incredible accommodations...WOW! The 3 bdr condo we stayed in would satisfy my husband and myself as a permanent residence in a heartbeat! The condo, pools, grounds and service are outstanding here... though i think my very favorite thing is the ENORMOUS LANAI & the "floor-to-ceiling sliding glass pocket doors" Doors? Ha! Door is such an understatement... This is the entire wall/so called "door" on 2 separate facing sides that disappear completely into the wall, opening the entire living/dining/kitchen area to outdoors. truly the most amazing lanai/patio i have ever experienced. Can't wait to go back and see what's new and changed since we were there 10/2011!
